Dr. Chockalinham took the time to explain my procedure and what my problem might be. The treatment for my problem was done quickly and virtually painless as well. I would highly recommend.
I had an office visit today, but will not be returning. The Doctor seemed very nice, but I had a negative interaction with one of the office sfaff that made me uncomfortable. The young lady was taking my blood pressure with an automated machine, but she applied the cuff incorrectly. Taking a blood pressure is a very basic skill. She applied the cuff incorrectly. The day of the colonoscopy, it can take up to 3 hours after you are sitting in the hospital gown for you to be wheeled back for the procedure. By no means should you say that you are put out by this or you know that things could be much better, they will take terrible offense as if you are the one who has wronged them. Take someone with you when you go and ask them to go back to the examination room when getting ready for any chat because you never know what you may encounter.
