I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
