Terrible. Scam. Feels more like a money-making business than patient care. You’re pressured to buy medications and equipment only through their preferred providers, with little freedom to choose. Very disappointing and not transparent.
I brought my CPAP machine with me because I was having difficulty feeling comfortable while using it and wanted to understand what might be causing the issue. Unfortunately, the machine was not checked or assessed. When I mentioned to Dr. Ibrahim that I work until 1:00 a.m., the conversation took an unexpected turn. I was told that the Ministry of Transportation would be notified because I have severe sleep apnea.
