They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients.
