I have been a patient for over 15 years. The staff is top notch. The Doctor is very professional, courteous. You never feel rushed, she explains everything to you and the importance of it. It is rare in today's time to have so much face time with a Doctor who never rushes you. She s wonderful with young children and the elderly. I highly recommend.

Dr. Sinatra performed my cataract surgery and all went very well. My only complaint is the long wait in her outer office.
Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
