My wife raves about Dr. Sina, her diabetes is under control thanks to his efforts and extraordinary medical knowledge. She sees a lot of people complaining about waiting times but great things come to those that wait. This office is an absolute disaster. I have never experienced such a complete lack of professionalism, organization, or basic human decency from a medical provider. I called Dr. Sina Tebi’s office today just to ask a simple question for the receptionist — and I was left on hold for over 30 minutes straight. Not one person picked up. I now understand the bad reviews. No one answers the phone. I just wanted to know at what time my appointment was so that I wouldn't be late!! But now if I'm late idc I'll blame it on your incompetent staff who never learned how to take a call. Honestly what do you pay them for?
Just had my first appointment with Dr.Tebi and I can say he is the first doctor that actually took time to explain from top to bottom.He was very understanding.The staff was very nice and very welcoming.Highly recommended Dr.Tebi office.
