This office is an absolute disaster. I have never experienced such a complete lack of professionalism, organization, or basic human decency from a medical provider. I called Dr. Sina Tebi’s office today just to ask a simple question for the receptionist — and I was left on hold for over 30 minutes straight. Not one person picked up. I now understand the bad reviews. No one answers the phone. I just wanted to know at what time my appointment was so that I wouldn't be late!! But now if I'm late idc I'll blame it on your incompetent staff who never learned how to take a call. Honestly what do you pay them for?
Just had my first appointment with Dr.Tebi and I can say he is the first doctor that actually took time to explain from top to bottom.He was very understanding.The staff was very nice and very welcoming.Highly recommended Dr.Tebi office.

Why is no one is answering the phone for this Doctor's office? Left a message and no one gets back to you. It's so bad I had to request another Endocrinologist/specialist because of how difficult it is to get an appointment/call back; please get an actual receptionist, it's insane this many people are having this issue...do better.
