The worst Dr and office ever, Do yourself a favor and find another one For my first appointment, they made me wait for 2 hours to see the Dr and he didn’t want to listen to my problems and only write the lab order for me and told they will schedule and tele appointment ( the whole visit take less than a minute) So today at noon was my tele appointment, I texted the office and called them several time but no one answered This is ridiculous WORSE DR EVER

This doctor's office is worst. Very unorganized, you can easily miss your appointment because they never answer the phone calls, their voice message just says, "Happy Holidays" and they send you confirmation emails to wrong directions where to go, so I drove 23 miles and surprise their office was closed. Nobody gets in touch with me to at least let me know if they can schedule anything and they do not answer phone calls. I let 3 voice messages, and 10 times called them. They don't care at all what will happen to you.

It is impossible to schedule an appointment. The phone is an answering machine and no one calls back or answers. There is no phone number for text messages and no e-mail address to schedule an appointment. I am going to write a complaint to the insurance company about removing this provider from the list. Total disrespect for patients.

Going into my 3rd month of trying to make an appointment they have had my referral since august and leave me on hold without asking my name for 20 minutes each time until you give up and hang up. I will be going into the office at this point cause they got me messed up if this is how they run business

Changed my husband from Dr tebi to ucla because Dr tebis office the never answer they never call back receptionist is rude and sarcastic and never followed up with my husband who had a n uncontrolled and high diabetes and A1C . Absolutely no service to patients .
