1 STAR The one-star reviews are not wrong. I genuinely don’t understand how a doctor’s office can schedule this many patients and then openly tell people to expect a 3–4 hour wait. That’s not a normal delay — that’s overbooking. This office has been at this location for over 10 years, yet the Google review history doesn’t seem to reflect a practice that’s been here that long. First time there waited 2 hours to have testing done. Then Dr came in for 5 minutes to order another test for the following week. Today went for results and again waited 2 hours and Dr came in for 2 minutes. Ordered follow up in a few months with no solution to the problem. Of course we will not be going back. Appointments are overbooked, entire waiting room full of people. Check in staff not very pleasant or organized. Zero Stars wasting my time and my money very unprofessional they pack them in like sardines
DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before going. I wish I had. They overbook patients. It is impossible for the doctor to thoroughly evaluate and treat patients when they are booked in 10 minute intervals. Our appointment was at 10:50am we didn’t get called in until 12:50pm and didn’t see the doctor until 1:20pm. They are inconsiderate of anyone’s time.
