I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Simon Wong. The appointment felt incredibly one-sided; he spent the majority of the time talking at me rather than listening to my concerns. The reception called to offer an appointment time, but unfortunately I already had another medical appointment that day and could not accept that specific slot. I explained this politely. I've been seeing Dr Simon Wong for a few years now. He listens and is genuinely interested in how treatments are progressing. He has helped me with my psoriasis immensely and is always professional and understanding with my concerns and questions. Highly recommend, by far the best dermatologist I've had.
