My experience My doctor made appointment with Dr Simon back in October My appointment April 15 I called them back in December cancel it Just got a call from them 3pm Friday this afternoon April 13 reminder By the time I had a chance to call them back office closed They was threatening me for charging me $75 plus tax if I cancel the appointment 72 hrs It's a weekend They give me 0 chance to explain to them I already cancel the appointment in back December I think is more than 72 hrs
