Fantastic experience with our daughter (2.5) yesterday with Kelly. She is a true pro and has the most kind bedside manner with a nervous child visiting the dentist. I recommend Dr Pong family dentistry to anyone new to the area or anyone looking for a great dental team. Been a patient of Dr. Pong since I was a kid.
I visited this clinic for a routine cleaning and informed them ahead of time that I have 100% dental coverage through Sun Life for preventative care. No one mentioned that they do not accept assignment of benefits, nor was I told that I’d have to pay upfront and submit the claim myself.
