I called Dr. Prosser because I was in pain. I was visiting from Italy and staying in Spokane only for a short period. Dr. Prosser gave me an appointment that very same day. Even though I didn't have a prior appointment, Dr. Prosser spent a lot of time with me to find the root cause of my pain. I felt that he was genuinely concerned about my well-being. Dr. Prosser was very thorough and competent, and also very kind. I recommend highly recommend him.

Best dentist I've ever had – Dr. Prosser's office is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had to sit in the waiting room becuase they are always on time. But it is a very nice waiting room - sometimes I'm thinking it would be nice to hang out a bit, but I never get to. They look up insurance information for me whenever I need it and are extremely accurate every time. Everytime I call I get the receptionist immediately and never have to wait.
