Dr. Gilligan is the worst doctor I've ever had. He never asked me about my injury, he never examined me and he started off my appointment asking me if I wanted Morphine or Methadone without knowing if I had a history. He made a diagnoses of my condition without examining me which cost me dearly with my disability. I asked him to prescribe me meds to stop smoking and he refused and said it was bad for business. I didn't take him seriously until another patient told me he did the same to him.
He is a pill pusher and hasn't touched me in ten years. Throwing up in front of him and peeing blood to tell me nothing was wrong yet I ended up in surgery the next week. Rude and spends no time does not listen makes preconceived ideas gathered from the info the nurse takes.
He never remembers who I am, never knows why I'm there, always seems too busy to care. Doesn't listen. The assistant was mean. There is no communication at all with Pacific Medical Group. They don't seem to have any record of what I was prescribed last time I was in. They tell me they'll send out my results of lab work and I never receive them. Every time. I'm finding a new doctor! Beware!
Nevermind that he was late, I will wait for a good doctor. Upon entering the room, he asked why I was there. I told what I thought was originially wrong, but that the condition had changed and could not be that. He trivialized my conditioned and belittled me. He wrote me presciption and left. He said he had no other explanation for what I had and that if this didn't work to come back and he could try something else. Needless to say my condition has not changed and I am seeing a different doctor. My history with this doctor a... read more
Made quick diagnosis; disregarded anything I said that didn't agree with it. One week later, changed diagnosis. Still tended to ignore any information I tried to communicate. Very quick with the prescription pad.
Excellent service. Doctor Chang asked all necessary questions, and explained what was wrong with my foot. He prescribed medicine and scheduled a second visit to see how I was doing. Contrary to other doctors he didn't recommend an MRI, and he said that I didn't need to waste $800 bucks when my condition would go away with physical therapy. I surely recommend this doctor.
Was not concerned with my questions. Wanted to "sell" me on prescriptions. I will never go back to him.
The entire staff is rude and cold. We waited about 25 minutes after my appointment to even get into the room and once we did the nurse who was there was in jeans and a sweatshirt and spoke broken english. When the Dr. Chan came in, he asked me the problem and then didn't pay attention when I told him. I had fallen down the stairs and was suffering from some serious back pain. I had also been having shoulder pain and the diagnosis he gave me was that my breasts are too large. He did not examine me at all and made me feel like... read more
