We had a 10:30 a.m. appointment scheduled and arrived on time, expecting professional service. Instead, we ended up sitting in the waiting area for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or updates. During this time, we could clearly hear loud, obnoxious conversations coming from a room behind the waiting area, opposite the check-in counter.
