Dr. Chao is a wonderful personable doctor with an amazing bed side manner!!
He clearly explained my condition and gave me my options. He was empathetic, outlined next steps and told me to call with any questions or concerns. I found him to be easy to talk to which I appreciated. Additionally, he prescribed some medication and encouraged me to think about the possibility of surgery but take my time. I left his office with a clear understanding and a treatment plan.
Dr. Chow is very pleasant enjoyed having a conversation with him. I would recommend him to anybody.
Dr. Chao’s expert spinal nerve surgery allowed me to get onto the road to regain my active lifestyle. I've been seeing the doctor for a few years for a different problems I'm currently having tested done to find out what we're going to do from here

Dr Chao is probably one of the best orthopedic doctors I have worked with. He is thorough and direct with his evaluation. Provides options and evaluates each one so I can make an informed decision.
Dr. Chao recently performed a Kyphoplasty procedure on me & I could not be happier! Before the procedure, my pain was so intense that I couldn’t even leave my house. It’s been a little over 2 weeks and I feel so much better. Dr. Chao, besides being a fantastic Doctor, has a great disposition. He really takes the time to listen to me & to discuss different options that he thinks would benefit me the most. I am so thankful to Dr. Chao & his staff for all they have done for me.
