Dr. Nelson is what health care is missing. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, compassionate, and intuitive. Took me decades to find a Doctor of his caliber. Thank you for your excellence. I’m much more optimistic about the future of my health.
Dr. Nelson is great, and if this review were based off his knowledge and bedside manner alone, it would be 5 stars. With that being said, the lack of communication from Dr. Nelson and his staff is astonishing. I’ve been waiting on a response from him/his team, and regardless of me sending messaging in the portal and calling— I’ve yet to receive a response. I have been seeing Dr Nelson since January. If you are in the office he is very attentive to your needs. I have sent numerous messages through the system and no one responds. Recently I have had an issue with my shoulder. Did 6 weeks of PT as requested but no relief. Dr Nelson told me to message if the PT was not helping and he would refer to a orthopedic Dr. Have sent 2 messages and called the office but no response. I believe they want me to make an appointment so they can get a co-pay. Very disappointed with this process.... read more
