Dr. Rubenstein was kind, caring and expert. He addressed my issues better than I had hoped. Rich
attentive and thoughtful. good at getting to the point usually. good sense of humor. very calm demeanor and speaks gently. won't pretend he's best for a job if he thinks he can get someone better too, rare quality the field but one of the best to have. has never ignored or brushed off pain. have never been talked down to by Dr nor spoken to unkindly, even after many years of frequent and difficult treatment. probably wouldn't have survived 2017 if i had not landed in his office. all the stars.
Dr. Rubenstein absolutely destroyed my grandfather’s health. He now has lifelong ailments because of what rubenstein carelessly did. If you care about your health / relatives health I highly suggest you stay as far away from rubenstein as possible. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.
I am reading the previous reviews and find it hard to believe this is the same doctor. My encounter with the staff, office manager and physician to be pleasant, informative, courteous, genuine concern for my well being and my family members were all treated with equal kindness. The surgical coordinator contacted me the day before pre op testing; outlining what I would encounter. I had a TUNA procedure performed by Dr. Rubenstein. My symptoms now ,more than four months after the procedure, are worse than pre-surgery, and furthermore , a new medical problem has now been added . Not only is the treatment outcome negative, the treatment itself was like medieval torture, seriously, and with Dr. Rubinstein being quite oblivious to my tortured, excruciating experience (instead he was busy talking with a colleague).
