I have had some excellent appointments with Dr. Radomski but ever since his beloved assistant, Mary, left, the service from his staff is awful. Calls simply aren't answered and messages aren't returned. I'm not sure how a secretary can receive a message from a patient and just ignore it.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Radomski. I asked a few clarifying questions and he responded telling me to stop asking stupid questions. It was an extremely hostile environment and I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received today. Much like some other reviews, he was extremely dismissive and seemed uninterested with my case. I do not recommend.
Dr. Radomski, I wanted to give a "Big Thanks" to you and your team for doing such an outstanding job with my surgery. I truly appreciate your advice, patience and skill. You, Dr. Kwong and Ashley were all terrific throughout the process. I am very grateful to all of you!
