In dealing with this office Dr Rashad’s is great. Although to have the office refund you an overpayment is very questionable. We have been owed a refund for weeks and cannot get it sent. I cannot get the manager of the office to respond to my calls. Be Leary of this office.
I was referred here after another cardiologist basically shrugged off my concerns because I was young. The staff and Dr. Rassadi are amazing. They remembered my name and just talked to me like a normal person which made stressful appointments much easier to deal with. I'm so glad my primary care doctor referred me here. I was listened to and it made a world of difference for me.
