Dr Shyamalar, the dermatologist from ODE Dermatology only saw me for about 10 minutes after I was asked questions by the concierge (nurse) prior to the doctor entering the room. When the doctor did enter the room, I wasn’t asked any questions about my medical history and she only looked at my skin for less than 10 seconds. The conditions that I was diagnosed with were not properly explained to me, and the service was very rushed and impersonal. Paying $350 for a 10 minute consultation with a doctor does not seem fair.
