Dr Lui did my cataract surgery several years ago. I recently made an appointment because I was having issues with losing focus in both eyes. He basically said what are you doing here? That treatment from years ago last a life time no need for you to come back. There is nothing wrong with your eyes. I said , I get it, I won’t be back again. How unprofessional, we all should expect more from Shannon providers.
Quack, Quack. Went in with complaints of multiple overlapping images in each eye making me basically blind to text and facial recognition. This "doctor" did no mapping or testing of the surface (cornea) of my eyes to check for abnormalities. I asked for a simple 5 minute Schirmer's test to test my eyes for dryness - TEST DENIED. The only test he did was slit lamp to look at my retina and he didn't even dilate my pupil to do that test. What a Quack Quack.
Dr Lui and his entire staff are amazing! My vision went from nearly legally blind to 20/20 in both eyes after cataract surgery! I truly can’t thank them enough! Everyone so kind! And extremely efficient too! So far every appointment (I’ve had 5 so far) actually ahead of schedule!!
I received cataract surgery Monday and I could see better immediately. I’m very pleased with my surgery and look forward to having my other eye done to regain my vision in it as well.
