Absolutely terrible service and wait times. Every single time my daughter has a scheduled appointment we have to wait minimum 1.5 hour. What’s the point of having a booked appointment only to wait an hour and a half. I can see once in a while running behind but not every appointment. Trying to make a 2 and 4 year old sit and be quiet in the waiting room for over an hour is impossible. Extremely disappointing and won’t be returning to this office.

Average time you get attended is after 1hr 15 mins even if you have set an appointment time. Been here for 3x already and its consistent. I say 15-30 minutes late is okayish after setting an appointment because is is a public clinic so make sure you have much patience and free time coming here or else you will be stressed waiting forever.
Can we please encourage Google to have 0 stars for places like this? This place is an absolute mess. I am so surprised people will still go to him. Parking is 2 hours but when the doctor hasn't even seen my dad 2.5 hours after his appointment time? Truly don't need to make appointments because it is just whenever apparently. Feel like wasting a couple of hours of your time. That they can do.
Office is super dirty like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Appointment times are completely off. We had a 12pm appointment but ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. They should not book that many people if they don’t have the capacity to. The doctor is friendly and polite but not very organized. The assistant had to clarify the doctor was about to use some old equipment on my mom and she quickly exchanged it. Would not recommend if you have a choice in specialist.
