I had a VERY poor experience at Dr. Sharma's office this month. I had an appointment there earlier this month (September 10, 2025). It went fine at first. After extensive tests I was advised I would be forwarded to Central Optometry in downtown London for further testing, specifically for a visual field assessment scheduled for September 19th. Dr. Shruti is very thorough and I had such a great experience with the front desk as well. Ananya was so organised and easy to talk to, unlike most who are not open to answering questions, listening to what you've to say etc. Dr. Shruti takes her time, does not rush and nor does she disregards your concerns. She's very patient! This was the first health care experience that I've had where my concerns weren't disregarded, everything was organized and vommunication was clear and timely.
Being new to town she was recommended by our family physicians. She's close to where I live and you can have your prescription filled on site at Gregory's Optical. Happy so far.
