you never see the same DR or PA. The wait time is horrible and the actual office consultation is crazy rushed!! It seems like they treat all their GI patients the same as far as the treatment/procedure recommendations instead of listening to each individual patients issues.
Literally the worst patient care and satisfaction ever! I went for my first visit wanting to see Dr Nicole Grigg. She rushed through my initial visit, then my procedure was done by Dr Nolan Perez. After that my follow up was with Dr Jason Phillips. One doctor prescribed certain medications and then the other was prescribing something else.
