I am forever thankful for the team at Maple Valley Eye Care! I am not yet a patient of theirs however, I called in a panic to see if they had my contacts available for purchase because my eye doctor was unable to get them in time for my vacation. They didn’t have them in stock but got them ordered and were ready for pick up in 3 days time! Very disappointed. Hubby went there for 1st time 2 days ago and 1st someone laughed and said do you even have insurance? Since he didn’t have his card. After he was suppose to be shown glasses and try a trial pair of contacts he waited 40 min with no help and after being told he needed to wait over and over he finally left. He has now been waiting 2 days for a call back on contact and yesterday someone said they will call him back and didn’t so he followed up today and was told he needs to be patient the dr is busy she EMAIL... read more
Everyone is so nice and very professional. Dr. Neal is so knowledgeable and patient and takes time to answer all questions. Great staff from the doc to the opticians!
Last time I came it was hard for me to find any glasses I loved, but when I walked in today I couldn’t choose!! They had so many great options and styles I even bought sunglasses with lenses for summer! Go check them out!
