She did not listen to me about my disease NMO. She had no knowledge of it and gave me the wrong mri test for the cervical instead of the brain. She did not order the appropriate meds and I was hyperventilating and hot so the test came out bad and was going to send me home with no help at all! She was frustrated and unprofessional.
