I just completed the Learn to Lift program with Shivaune and I loved it! She had helped me so much in reconceptualizing what my body can do. I am inspired to keep lifting, would not hesitate to join Shivaune for future sessions and recommend Learn to Lift to everyone!
Dr. Shivaune suggested a retreat she was offering and I decided to take a leap. Never had I gone on such a thing or even saw myself going on. Well it was an incredible experience of community, love, peace in mind, peace with the earth and education. Going to see Dr. Shivaune is comparable to a wellness therapy session. You leave feeling so zen! No matter what we are addressing, covering or working on, I always leave feeling calm and focused. She is so lovely. I am consistently given options to try to improve along with a treatment plan to follow at home. It’s been a blessing to have found such a great Naturopath.
