Staff were all very nice which makes this unfortunate. My children were patients of hers a couple of years ago. I came to her with concerns about my children's tonsils which had been red and swollen for an extended period of time. I was told they were normal. I brought it up several times and was told it was normal. I switched doctors after I was told on my first visit with an ENT that the tonsils were a 3 of 4. Finally got my daughter's tonsils out and her voice went up an octave and she was more full of energy.
Dr. Mitra is an amazing doctor. All six of my kids see her and she is always so friendly and knowledgeable. My kids love her. She is very caring and compassionate as well. She always takes the time to get to know us as a family and get to know the kids so that they feel comfortable during our visits. Her staff is also extremely friendly and very responsive. Changing my kids to PSJ Pediatrics was the best decision I could have made.
I recently had to switch my daughter's pediatrician to PSJ pediatric s and I could not be any happier. My daughter had been going to her other doctor since the day after she was born. I am o glad that my daughter now goes to psj pediatrics every single nurse is so nice.
