Its been four months since i submitted a medical form to be filled out and sent, i was recently informed it never got to its destination. This is not the first time this particular office has completely dropped the ball. I recommend shopping outside of the county for doctors. (Edit) After that one incident I am happy to say. Things have gotten much better! Receptionists are very nice and most doctors there are extremely understanding.
