This was hands down the most unprofessional, uncomfortable, and downright disturbing OB-GYN visit I have ever experienced. In my opinion, this doctor should not be practicing. She had no professionalism whatsoever. I made an appointment to see Dr Cao on 10/14 based upon her biography. I arrived and the Doctor was not present. The staff was pressuring me to see the PA, but I refused to see the PA. I was in the clinic for about 30 minutes, 15 minutes in waiting and 15 minutes waiting in the procedure room. When the PA came into the procedure room I told her I did not feel comfortable and that I preferred to see Dr CAO. The PA stated that it would be a two hour wait. The employee unprofessional at all. The assistant checked my weight was so rude. and not nice, most of them are not capable to communicate as supposed to. She made mistakes a lot, interrupts alot, sounded like she didn’t even know what she was doing, I just lost my trust 100%. But dr Sherley was fine just need to communicate more. She told me I have infection, but result on paper is Kidney, when I told her I have flu/fever too. She didn’t even give me recipe for my fever, only one medicine for infection but notin the paper. ... read more
