Dr. Pannapara was recommended to me by my friend because I was well beyond overdue for an exam and because I found myself with a cracked hard lens and needed to get that addressed ASAP. I had grown up with hard contacts basically since childhood, but Dr. Pannapara really took the time to delve into options with me and discussed the pros and cons of continuing and even switching to soft contacts. Great service. From start to finish they were very friendly.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pannapara and her office. My 3 year old has special needs and Dr. Pannapara went above and beyond to make her comfortable and answer all my questions. She even had a fantastic glitter wand she pulled from a drawer after her exam to let my daughter play with. She was patient and sweet the entire time. The staff was very friendly and supportive in trying to help us find a good fit for glasses and they even sourced a lot of options for us that they didn’t have in office.
