I can’t speak for the dr because I never got to see her but receptionist is very unprofessional. I accidentally missed my appt after waiting months and months for it. The appt letter they mailed got jammed behind my mailbox. Zero calls or reminders for said appt. I called twice and left messages as well as left 2 emails when I realized what happened and got zero reply. Zeroooo replies. Very very unprofessional office who doesn’t seem to care about the health of potential patients .. I’m very upset
