I've been going to Dr. Chao for close to 20 years. She is the only reason why I elect dental PPO every year and why I will drive over 30 min. just to see her. She has managed to completely wipe away the most common fears of seeing a dentist. Not only is she gentle and personable, her entire staff is the same way; it feels like seeing family.
I love this dentist and the whole staff. I have been a patient with them for about 30 years. They have always taken good care of me and everyone I have referred.
Thank you, Dr. Chao and Vi. Dr. Chao's staff was friendly, efficient and nice. The office and exam rooms were spotless as well. Dr. Chao was careful, quick, and extremely gentle as she reattached my broken crown. What's even more surprising is her lengthy and thorough explanation of my current situation and dental options going forward. No upselling. No pressure. Just excellent advice. Dr. Chao really seems to care about her patients. She's always booked but well worth the wait.
