Very rude and condescending. Didn’t help my daughter with her debilitating migraines. Told her to exercise. I guess dance class 4 days a week doesn’t count as exercise?? Acted as tho my daughter was lying about her migraines. Waste of time and money.
Dr. Fisch invariable spends close to an hour at each visit, between speaking with us and examining my son, assuring that both she and we are completely clear about the medical situation. Though my son is very bright he is non-verbal due to his condition and Dr. Fisch takes her time and employs much effort in communicating with him, something not all professionals do.
My son had a seizure and she recommended a sleep deprived EEG. The results came in as him having an adnormalality in the right temporal part of his brain. The day before doctor visits my son had tingling on top of his head and a headache. At his doctor visit she said he seems to be ok so I won't be needing to schedule anymore appointments. I got a 2nd opinion and that doctor gave him an MRI and found a cyst on his brain. She's an awful doctor.
We went for my kid's initial visit on 10/3/17 and Dr. Fisch was attentive to what we had to tell her and thorough with questions and exam. She is very kid friendly and spoke to my husband and I on a level where we can understand. She didn't just tell us what happened and what needs to be done. She explained to us what the whole event might have been, what the hospital records indicated, her thoughts, and our options of treatment. Her staff (Sarah and Gwen) are wonderful as well.
Performed Video EEG on my son. It was abnormal but she was unsure how to treat him and basically told me she didn't know how to help him. She is an extremely poor excuse for a doctor. My son ended up having focal epilepsy. I would never recommend her to anyone!!
