I was referred to Dr Knight by my family physician for my 16 year old son’s potential ADHD. After she asked a few questions she was ready to put him on an Rx (which I was hesitant about). I asked her what the side effects were and her reply was “it won’t kill him”. I should have ended the meeting then but I asked about other healthy lifestyle changes in combination with the medication and she became extremely defensive. Well... She knew I was in recovery and that my meds were keeping me sober..... but she decided to cut my medication dose in half.... I ended up relapsing & getting kicked out of group now I have a warrant & will miss the holidays with my kids. All I can say is Thank you & I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving & Christmas with your family...
Zero stars if I could. Rushed my appointment, she was rude, didn’t even get medical/mental history. I expressed my concern with her, & she even told me if I felt that way to find someone else. Definitely was demeaning with a disgusting attitude.
