Went today - had to wait an hour, no excuses or apologies made (???$ Stillno diagnosis made, just skin issues. I went to pick up a prescription which Dr. Shireen made…was not there. I called her. She said “oooh, i might have forgot - go there now”. NO. She said 5 pm it’s 7 pm. A nice doc but clearly not on top of her patients. Come ON SHIREEN!

I lost my 25 year daughter to melanoma. I have been to a few dermatologists and love the fact that Dr. Guide is very thorough... down to in between your toes!!! If you have to wait.... it’s because she goes the extra mile to make sure all questions are answered. Get your kids checked twice a year..... wish I would have.

I went to see Dr. Guide because I had a cyst on my armpit, it turn out to be breast cancer. I was shocked, confused and very scared, Dr. Guide dedicated her time, her staff and even her weekends to find the best care for me, she even called to be sure my insurance cover the doctors, she made the appointments for me and spend hours on the phone with me to make me feel better and answer all my questions. She gave me her cellphone and home phone. I'm incredible grateful, she's an amazing doctor and an incredible human being.
