If your child’s pediatrician gives them a referral to Dr. Guide and her associates, call your pediatrician to ask for a different referral immediately. The unfriendly office staff, and the extremely long waits are the least of the problems: my daughter suffered tremendously at the medical advice of Dr. Guide, and we’ve never had any follow-up afterward. Went today - had to wait an hour, no excuses or apologies made (???$ Stillno diagnosis made, just skin issues. I went to pick up a prescription which Dr. Shireen made…was not there. I called her. She said “oooh, i might have forgot - go there now”. NO. She said 5 pm it’s 7 pm. A nice doc but clearly not on top of her patients. Come ON SHIREEN!
I lost my 25 year daughter to melanoma. I have been to a few dermatologists and love the fact that Dr. Guide is very thorough... down to in between your toes!!! If you have to wait.... it’s because she goes the extra mile to make sure all questions are answered. Get your kids checked twice a year..... wish I would have.
