I have been waiting almost 3 months for results on tests I got thru this Dr. If I could give a minus 1 I would. I have asked numerous times for my records to be sent to another Dr. But this office has continued to drop the ball. I give this place an F. As in FAIL. DONT BOTHER GOING HERE!! Even my insurance can't get them to follow through. If their service is this bad for record release just imagine if you really need help. The place is also very chaotic.

It takes almost one hour to talk to someone then they put you on hold AGAIN! I had to hang up the phone this is ridiculous! This has happened to me for 4 times so far. And I'm trying to become a new patient. This happen on 8 Sep 2021 my call began 1156 to 1244.

She is an amazing doctor. Shima is so caring and knowledgeable. She pays attention to details about my symptoms. She is someone I can trust to be part of my treatment team. Highly recommended.

I had been looking for a new primary care Dr. when I came across Dr Hadichi's ratings and customer reviews. So I made an appt. I see Justin Atkins and OMG I just adore him he is attentive and compassionate and truely cares about his patients, and I am so happy I have found a new primary Dr. that listens to me and helps me. Plus all the front office staff is very friendly and helpful. I always recommend them to family and friends.

During this time of covid is hard enough but when you have medical issues not related to covid you still need help and Dr. Hadidchi and her staff are great, Ashley is wonderful. It’s great to have a Dr. and her wonderful staff Who work with you and for you. That’s very comforting to know right now, you call and they answer and listen to you and help you, Thank You Dr. Hadidchi and Ashley and all your office staff. I'm skeptical about the positive reviews for this doctor. She does not seem to actually care about the health of her patients. She's more focused on creating multiple appointments (when only one appointment is needed) and seeing as many patients as possible as a means to increase profits for her practice. Also, she billed our insurance company for a nutrition consultation that definitely did not happen. I will say that most of her staff and PAs do seem to be caring and are pleasant to interact with.

Doctor Shima Hadidchi is by far one of the best physicians I've seen in many years. A caring, compassionate doctor that truly listens to her patients. A physician that takes time with you and doesn't make you feel rushed as other physicians do. I highly recommend Dr. Hadidchi.

My 1st appointment, waited for an 1 1/2. Requested a referal, did NOT receive a call, text, or email. Still have no referrals.. Staff says one thing but does another. I find it highly unprofessional. Try to get you come on appointment even if not really necessary...
