Worst customer service.I had to reschedule do to taken care of mom ... So when I called to reschedule appointment the nurse on phone or who ever she was . WAS VERY UNPROFFICIAL.I was trying to figure a day that works best and she puts her hand over her mouth and mumbles OH MY GOD like hurry up I need to go home...I guss I called just before closing time close at 5pm this was 4:50 ...I told sorry for inconvenience I'll not reschedule I'll go somewhere else .. Well not sure where to start. They asked for my cardiologist to sign off for my procedure. I did just that. Then the day before my procedure they called and said, they would not take his sign and needed something else and I had to postpone my procedure. Started asking around about this practice and was told by two reputable Doctors in town that Dr.Reddy doesn’t even know how to use the equipment used for the colonoscopy.
