Shilpa Reddy refused to treat me or even discuss my situation unless I did a series of very expensive and unnecessary tests... I know far more than she does about my health. Her knowledge base is very limited compared to mine and I'm not a doctor. Completely unhelpful and rude. This is a money maker facility trying to conveyor belt people through unnecessary colonoscopies etc. that don't actually find the root problems to most disorders and diseases. Don't go here. I highly encourage you to read the bad reviews. Reddy was extremely rude to me, talking over me, and then smiling on the verge of laughter when I stared back in shock at how she was talking to me. I’ve never met a doctor so rude in my life. If she hates her job this much, she should find a different career. Or maybe she hates her life. I am supposed to be scheduled every 2 years for endoscopy. I called there to request a new prescription as I will run out before the procedure. I was transferred from front desk to dr. Reddy's nurse and of course had to leave a message. So, 1 week later, I still have not had a call back and no meds were called in to pharmacy. The recording you get when you have to leave a message states not to call more than once, so what are my options? This is not really about dr. Reddy, but her staff.
