Dr. Soni's office is slow to respond to submitting applications and lives in the 2000's. They have no email for helping paitents acquire medication though web portals. Papers sit on their desk for over a month.
My insurance carrier listed Dr. Soni as an in network doctor. I went in as a new patient completed all paperwork to be told an hour later because I have a high deductible they would need $150 up front. I left and called the insurance company and they told me I have no max on preventative care visits and the doctor’s office should have called. He has been my Dr. for several years and have received excellent care through the office and the hospital. If he is away his wife steps in and follows through. Appointments aren't rushed and he answers all my questions. Recomend...
