I had my first visit with Dr. Rhoads recently and I absolutely will not be back. I was there on a referral from another specialist and the whole time it felt like she didn’t want to be in there talking to me. She looked at me like I was stupid several times after I asked a question. She was short and insensitive with her responses and just generally had a bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as a professional she should know to keep that out of her patient’s visits. I would not recommend seeing her.
Dr Rhoads was very profession and explained in detail what she would do for a colonoscopy. She gave me time for questions and did an excellent job completing the procedure. The report was thorough and she gave good recommendations. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Rhoads is professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled at what she does. I had an aunt who died at a very young age from colon cancer and had concerns for my own health. Everything, from the first office visit to the procedure, went like clockwork. I highly reccomend this doctor.
Would not recommend at all, Doctor Rhoads did not diagnose my routine Colon procedure that MY INSURANCE PAYS FOR. Billing me a total 700.00. which should of cost zero. Called 12 times to have it changed, NO RESPONCE. Also send several letters.
I'm sure my experience with Dr. Rhoads would have been great, except I waited over an hour for my appointment time. This was going to be my first appointment and the staff was very unprofessional and dishonest. I will NEVER go back to see Dr. Rhoads or her office staff. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect for my time.
