This is the dirtiest facility I have had the misfortune of stepping foot into. The staff were not wearing masks and were rude and snarky about it. I presented for an exam and was refused care because I was at the end of a period (spotting). The staff refused to follow up about test results. Sherrone did not listen to my concerns and made me feel belittled and unheard. Having an exam at this facility made me feel horrible. I am never returning.
