Called almost a year ago and had my child put on their wait list. Have not heard anything. When I call to follow up on this, they never have my child's information, make me re-give them the info and re-register, and then say I need to have a referral sent in, which I already have had my child's PCP do twice. I feel like I keep getting the run around, and the front desk is always rude. They obviously have no value for your child.
