Once again, Dr. Smiths staff was completely inept. This is the second time I’ve called to give information and then they keep calling and asking for it! No one, including the office manager seems to know what’s going on and laughs when you get upset. Poor Dr. Smith.... it may pay to check up on her staff.
Great doctor but the staff is very rude, went for an appointment after not having been there in a few years and the receptionist was awful and said the doctor could not see me and that I was late...I was 10 minutes EARLY, so I will not be back because of the staff.
I made an appointment with Dr. Sherre Smith for excruciating foot pain that I had been suffering with for two years. I had already seen two Doctors before her who had not been of any help and as I know now misdiagnosed the problem. One visit with Sheree and she new exactly what was wrong and after treatment my pain was gone in two weeks. I now bring my 5 year old son to her for his flat feat she is wonderful with him. I would recommend her to my family and close friends she knows what she's doing and takes the time to listen... read more
