Dr Catlin spent so much time discussing options and listening to questions for my daughter's delivery. She was so kind and caring during the whole process, it really calmed down a very stressfull situation and a difficult delivery.
Don't bother if you are a teen or have a teen daughter. She doesn't even try to find out if something is wrong. She will push you to go on the birth control She recommends and then do nothing else to help. I had a bunch of complications from my birth control and she refused to work with me and try and find a birth control that worked. She also told me pain is part of being a woman and I just had to learn to deal with it.
Dr.Catlin Holland is a wonderful and experienced doctor. All my appointments with her was on time and quick. She always listened to my questions and guided me during my second pregnancy in 2018. I was induced on 39th week as we were expecting a big baby. The procedures for the labor was well organized compared to my first delivery. I delivered a 11 LB baby at the end without any complications!!! After delivery everyone treated me as a brave woman, however I would not be able to do it easily without Dr.Catlin. She denied my FMLA for work saying pregnancy is not a medical condition in which you would need to miss work. At my 31 week visit, I had high protein, a substantial weight gain in a short amount of time, enormous swelling to the point of pain, and elevated blood pressure. All signs of preeclampsia. I was asked to come back in a week. I did not make it a week. 4 days later, I was life flighted to OSF Peoria for severe preeclampsia, & had to have an emergency c-section 4 days later at 32 weeks
Absolutely horrible. You would have thought the fact that I was 35 years old meant that my child and myself had a death wish. Scheduled me to be induced 4 days after my due date. When I refused to be induced she told me that there was a good chance that I'd have a stillborn child. It was absolutely ridiculous. My daughter was born a week later from her due date in perfectly good health. There were never any health issues with myself or my child the entire pregnancy. Terrible doctor.
