Dr Shepard did a neck and lower face lift and within a year it did not work. My jowls came back in less than a year and I developed wrinkles in my chin I never had before the lift. Do better rest before going for a face lift

Poor. No exam basically. Did not order any testing. Referred to a neurologist for a sinus headache, instead of treating me for sinusitis. Here it is many weeks later, and seen another ENT who thoroughly examined my sinus cavities, did a culture, and still have an infection and Dr. stated this is a difficult case. This Dr I’m seeing now is very smart and professional. I’ve been on antibiotics since Dr. shepherds appt. I’ve been dealing with this problem for many months. Dr pryor is an amazing Dr!!! I had a severe deviated septum that prevented me from sleeping well, breathing out my nose and so much more. Dr Pryor is Kind, detailed and really takes time with his patients, ensuring they understand each step. Everything went exactly as he said. All the staff at Dr. Pryor's office is exceptional.

Do not trust this doctor. Ruined my confidence, my nose, and I have breathing issues that I didn't have before. Going to him has been the biggest regret of my life. His staff is impossible to reach even just to obtain paperwork.

Best experience with a doctor in my 59 years! Dr Pryor made an incredible impression from the start. Relaxed, very observant and a wonderful, comforting bedside manor. No God complex but a complete confidence in his ability. He carried a conversation at a level that the average Joe could understand. Dr Pryor did not rush any of my visits. His assistant Suzet was efficient, comforting and empathetic. What a great team! My Septoplasty and nasal valve reconstruction went extremely well and recovery time was a week. Be very careful with this practice. I went to Dr. Pryor and had an exam. I was charged $300 for surgery I never had. I have tried to contact them several times but received no call back. Now I am stuck with a huge bill which no one will help me sort out.

I was taken to Deer Valley Honor health due to a bleeding nose that wouldnt quit. Was then transferred to Honor Health Shea Medical and told Dr Pryor would be coming to see me. Finally, he appeared after several hours to tell me that he looked at my meds and chart and said due to the Eliquis blood thinner i was on, it wasnt an ENT problem but a cardiology problem. He said to leave in the rhino rocket that was put in at Deer Valley to book an appt to have it removed. This morning before appt which was supposed to be tomorrow ... read more

Both my wife and I have had appointments with Dr. Pryor. We have been very pleased with the way he has interacted with us, and have been very confident about the quality of his diagnosis. We give him five stars. However it is very difficult to set an appointment with Dr. Pryor. His office staff does not return calls. I have been trying to set up an appointment for four days. No one answers the phones.

From start to finish I couldn't be happier with Dr. Pryor and his staff! You cannot see the scar from the surgery! Bedside manner is excellent and Dr. Pryor made me feel comfortable prior to the surgery. Top notch!!
