Every one is warm and friendly and punctual
Dr Shand and Nurses are knowledgeable and caring. Other staff are caring also. They continue to help us through this terrible disease.
From start to finish an absolutely fantastic experience. The care and love for their patients can not be more overwhelming. Dr. Shand has to be one of the kindest Doctors I’ve ever met and spent the time explaining everything in great detail. Nobody wants to go to the doctor just for entertainment but today was a wonderful day. Thank you to the entire staff.
Dr. Shand is compassionate, kind and has a great personality. I enjoyed my visit with her every time.
