One of the best most attentive doctors I've ever had. She talks with me and addresses everything. She is professional, kind, and amazing! She restored my smell after years of having no smell due to nasal polyps. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Dr Theil and her staff are very personable and professional. I wish all my drs were as caring and relatable as she is. She never talks down to me or makes me feel stupid or unimportant. She is tops in her field and knows her stuff.
Desiree was very rude and kept cutting me off as I was speaking. She acted like she knew what I was going to say. She came off like no matter the request she was quick to refuse any help. Although I remained calm and professional it took about 5-10 minutes for her to finally understand what I was trying to do. At the end I gave up trying to explain things to her as she was very difficult to deal with and knew no matter what I was going to say she was not willing to listen or care.
