Dr. Miller is attentive and very knowledge. He goes above and beyond to help whether is to accommodate you to his schedule or alternatives to his treatment plan. The office staff is always respectful. Dr. Miller and his office staff run an essential service for the Rockaway community.
Dr. Miller is a wonderful Podiatrist. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and never once made me feel rushed. His bedside manner is excellent, and his staff is equally wonderful. They are kind, efficient, and always ready to help. I am deeply disappointed with the service I recently received from Dr. Miller during a call on 11/28/2023. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention to improve the overall patient experience. My encounter with Dr. Miller left much to be desired. From the moment he answered my call, it was evident that the doctor was in a sour mood. I was calling to schedule an appointment for my son who has an ingrown nail.
