I've had 7 sessions so far with Dr. Willson for treatment of my anxiety and depression. All have gone very well. Sheila got to the root of my personal problems located deep in my childhood, teen years, and modern day. This created the awareness I needed to deal with these events, along with the personal tools and practices that she recommended, all of which made me feel alive again. I highly recommend Dr. Willson for anyone needing therapy or just a nice person to talk to.

Sheila is a deep listener who has helped me immensely. Together we have worked through life-long issues and now I feel elevated and released from them. Her gentle nature and fierce intelligence makes for an excellent guide.
