Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention.
