Very understanding easy to talk with
Dr. Sheila is outstanding! I was never one to like counselors or willing to work with them when I saw them but Sheila has been my favorite counselor after going through about 10 counselors since age 5. Sheila will work with you and also if your not wanting to talk about “negative” or “deep” stuff that counseling session she absolutely won’t make you and will do something else to make the session easier.
