My experience with Dr. Newcomb was really disappointing. I was scheduled for an ultrasound that didn’t make sense given my medical history, and when I spoke up about it, the lab tech responded with clear disrespect. Instead of addressing the issue, they just rescheduled me without an explanation or an apology. Just a condescending attitude.The staff at the front desk and in the back were also unprofessional. I have been seeing Dr. Newcomb since 2009. I couldn't have asked for a better person as my Gynocologist. She always makes me feel at ease. She treats me with respect and dignity. Dr. Newcomb has a wonderful bedside manner and she makes me feel like I am her number one priority, even though she has many patients. She is not afraid to share her personal experiences with me, which makes me feel like she's going through whatever I am facing, right along with me. I've had some difficult health issues. Had a horrible experience with dr. Newcomb. I came for a regular check up and asked to withdraw blood for std screening. She said I would have to pay for it right away at the lab. I agreed, but two month later I received 800$ bill from the lab stating that I not just had a blood test but also 30 different swabs done. They didn’t inform me about any of those tests or the price for those tests. I can't actually recommend Dr. Newcomb, as much as I'd like to be able to. My PCP referred me to her to discuss an endometrial ablation, and I was told to call and make an appointment, so I did, requesting her specifically and stating my reason for the appointment was to discuss an ablation. I arrived and instead met a Nurse Practitioner for a routine exam, who told me that I likely wouldn't receive an ablation or even be taken seriously by a doctor until I have tried an IUD. The wait times are abominable. The receptionists are rude. Ive only met with the doctor ONE time in 4 months. It’s very unorganized and unprofessional. Currently seeking out a new OBGYN. Definitely not would not recommend.

I had my first visit with Dr. Newcomb today and I was very happy with the service! She was kind and made me very comfortable. She listened to all my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. Will definitely continue with her!

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Worst place to go, staff is rude and doesn’t even reply to you. Says they are to busy for over a week to fax paper work. Doctor doesn’t even introduce themselves. Most stressful doctors office I’ve been too. Glad I’m switching. Had to wait over 3 hours just for them to get vitals.
